The main purpose of this booklet, called the Ways of Ascension, is to explain ways to ascend spiritually and for the person to feel strongly in his heart the connection to God, the Blessed One, and to cling to Him with all his heart and with all his soul.

In the explanation of the essence of the human soul and the things that act in the soul by the Torah and the mitzvot and the things that arise from this matter for the purpose of the work of the Jew, may the Creator be blessed.

And even though there are several ways different from each other on the way to achieve each other from anywhere, these things in this booklet are ways in which some pillars of the world from previous generations who were very famous to many for their supernatural powers worked to achieve them in these ways.

Rabbi Yaakov Adas authored dozens of books on a huge scale in all Torah subjects known as “The Words of Yaakov” in which his immense greatness in the Torah is evident., Rabbi Jacob Ades – a great scholar who is well versed in all parts of the Torah. His special personality crosses sectors in the Israeli public and he is admired and appreciated by everyone.

His father is the Gaon Rabbi Yehuda Adas Rosh Yeshiva “Kol Ya’akov”. His grandfather, who is named after him, is Rabbi Yaakov Adas, the judge of the Great Rabbinical Court and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council, one of the leaders of Yeshiva Port Yosef.

His great-grandfather is Rabbi Avraham Haim Adas, a Kabbalist of God, holy and a master of miracles.
